The domain had issue because a phishing account went un-noticed. That happens when you are trying to provide a free service to public at-large. Anyways, the issue is resolved and domain is back up.
Hello I am also having problems login into my control panel it seem to not want to up load

when this error happens then change HTTP to HTTPS and add username and password manually it will fix the error
