Hi All, It seems a lot of people have the same problem I encountered today. My site (emmeffe.unaux.com) has been suspended. As per instructions (https://profreehost.com/support/account-management/what-can-i-do-if-my-account-is-suspended) to get more information about suspension I should: 1.Go to your client area. 2.From the list, select Suspended Account. 3.Select Submit Support Ticket from the drop-down menu. 4.Click Submit Ticket after selecting your domain and entering your message. Point 1&2 done. The problem point 3. It is impossible to Submit Support Ticket from the drop-down menu. The mentioned option does not exist. Any idea to get the site back to active? Thanks Mario
