Access Denied Error While Trying to Access a Database via Website

Dear Admins, I am unable to connect to PHP Database using my Website, I was trying to create a registration form and even after entering this:- I am getting ERROR 1045 (Access denied for user ‘unaux_256****_userlogon’@‘192.168.2.183’ (using password: YES), Even though I could access the Database manually through VistaPanel, I can’t connect through my website… Please acknowledge the photo and help! It’s a REALLY URGENT situation! Thank you!
